The later is the cheapest option. Customise your dress. First select a couple of dresses that are closest to your design. Ask the shop about colour options and if you can change thebeading. If this isn't possible for the dress you chosen ask if there are any dresses it is possible for. Don't forget to get a price. If you want to radically customise a dress by changing the shape adding panels, beading etc then buying off the peg is a good option. The shop should be able to recommend a dress maker. Get a consultation, show them your designs and try on the dress so they can see what they are working with. They may have some suggestions too. Get them to quote you and say if the materials are included. You may want to get the material yourself or ask the dress maker to do it for you.
